Voor GOODMORNING in Etten-Leur zoeken we een HR Adviseur die energie krijgt van afwisseling, structuur en contact met medewerkers. Bedrijfsprofiel GOODMORNING is een gevestigde naam binnen de Nederlandse uitzend- en detacheringsmarkt. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Etten-leur zorgen zij dagelijks voor zo'n 2.500 actieve uitzendkrachten in de voedingsindustrie, glastuinbouw, logistiek en techniek. Geen ingewikkelde structuren, maar korte lijnen en een hands-on mentaliteit. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te doen waar je goed in bent, én om daar nóg beter in te worden. Als HR Adviseur krijg je een brede functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je schakelt met managers, medewerkers, externe partijen en verschillende systemen om alles rondom personeelszaken soepel te laten verlopen. De hoofdtaken zijn: Als HR Adviseur ben jij de strategische sparringpartner van het directieteam en speel je een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van de organisatie. Je coacht en begeleidt teamleiders, optimaliseert HR-processen en krijgt volop ruimte om met jouw ideeën en expertise écht impact te maken.
