De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in het verbinden van internationale en lokale talenten met bedrijven in diverse sectoren. Met een sterke focus op professionaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en een persoonlijke aanpak wordt er voor duurzame matches tussen werkgevers en flexkrachten gezorgd. Er wordt nauw samengewerkt met het eigen recruitmentbureau in Bulgarije, wat hen in staat stelt snel en efficiënt de juiste talenten te vinden en te begeleiden. Samen zorgen ze ervoor dat zowel klanten als flexkrachten optimaal worden ondersteund. Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een: HR Adviseur (FT of PT mogelijk) De rol: Voor onze opdrachtgever is HR een belangrijk onderdeel van de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de personele zaken rondom medewerkers en flexkrachten goed, zorgvuldig en praktisch worden georganiseerd. Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden en collega's binnen de organisatie. Je houdt overzicht over de verschillende HR-processen, zorgt dat afspraken en administratie op orde zijn en weet wanneer een vraag eenvoudig kan worden opgelost en wanneer het nodig is om door te pakken of advies in te winnen. De functie is breed. Juist omdat de organisatie hard groeit is er ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere inrichting en professionalisering van HR. Verantwoordelijkheden Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • het ondersteunen en uitvoeren van dagelijkse HR-processen; • personeelsadministratie en het zorgvuldig bijhouden van personeelsdossiers; • het opstellen en verwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten, mutaties en overige personeelsdocumenten; • het begeleiden van de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; • het beantwoorden van HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden; • het signaleren en opvolgen van zaken r...
