HR Adviseur | 20-24 uur | Tilburg Wil jij jouw HR-ervaring inzetten in een rol waarin je vrijheid krijgt, inhoudelijk wordt uitgedaagd en daadwerkelijk iets kunt bijdragen? Bij Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij (BOM) krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over en uitvoering te geven aan de ontwikkeling van HR. HR staat binnen de organisatie. Dus kun jij je richten op waar je als HR-professional de meeste waarde toevoegt. Tegelijkertijd kom je te werken in een organisatie met een duidelijke maatschappelijke betekenis: BOM helpt Brabantse ondernemingen en innovaties verder en draagt daarmee bij aan de economische ontwikkeling in de regio nu en in de toekomst. Jouw functie als HR Adviseur Je vormt samen met HR Manager Désirée het HR-team. Er ligt volop werk en daardoor krijg je alle ruimte om zelfstandig en in overleg onderwerpen op te pakken en impact te maken . Je bent een toegankelijk en deskundig aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je adviseert, signaleert wat beter kan en neemt initiatief om daar iets mee te doen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - HR-advies aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende vraagstukken; - onboarding; - verzuimbegeleiding en casemanagement, inclusief de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - werving en selectie; - performance management en retention planning; - medewerkerontwikkeling en opleidingen; - duurzame inzetbaarheid; - het verder ontwikkelen van HR-processen; De administratieve component van de functie is beperkt.
