Je bent een vertrouwelijk en laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt voor collega's en een stevige sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden, bij vragen over ontwikkeling, functioneren en samenwerking, en in de regie op verzuim. Je hoeft hier geen omvangrijk HR-handboek te schrijven. We zoeken iemand die ziet waar de meeste winst ligt, daar de juiste prioriteiten in stelt en verbeteringen echt laat werken.
