Je schakelt makkelijk tussen een stevige HR-casus, ontwikkelingen binnen een team en de vraagstukken die aandacht nodig hebben. Herkenbaar? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Voor regio Maastricht-Heuvelland zoeken we een ervaren en energieke HR Adviseur voor 24 uur per week. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je dicht bij de organisatie staat en ruimte krijgt voor eigen initiatief. Over de functie Als HR Adviseur ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen regio Maastricht-Heuvelland. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken op operationeel en tactisch niveau. Je luistert, vraagt door, adviseert en durft ook ongevraagd je professionele blik te geven. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer adviseer je een leidinggevende over een complexe verzuimcasus, de andere keer denk je mee over teamontwikkeling, duurzame inzetbaarheid of het aantrekken en behouden van medewerkers. Je signaleert wat er speelt in de organisatie en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties en adviezen. Je werkt onder andere aan thema's als: - verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid - arbeidsmarkt, werving en behoud van medewerkers - team- en organisatieontwikkeling - loopbaanontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid - HR-processen en managementinformatie - verschillende HR-projecten en organisatiebrede ontwikkelingen Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw regio, maar zeker niet alleen. Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel HR-team en werkt nauw samen met je collega HR Adviseur en de HR Business Partner.
