Wat ga je doen als HR Adviseur? Als HR adviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je helpt situaties zorgvuldig op te lossen. De inhoud van je opdracht verschilt per organisatie: van het tijdelijk overnemen van een portefeuille tot het wegwerken van achterstanden of het optimaliseren van HR-processen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als HR adviseur: - Advies: leidinggevenden begeleiden bij verzuim, inzetbaarheid, functioneringstrajecten en conflicten of veranderingen binnen een team - Arbeidsvoorwaarden en beleid: vragen beantwoorden over cao's, contracten, arbeidsvoorwaarden, verlof en ontwikkeling - Begeleiden van HR-trajecten: ondersteunen bij verbetertrajecten, functieherzieningen, reorganisaties of andere personele veranderingen - Procesverbetering: knelpunten signaleren in bijvoorbeeld onboarding, beoordelingscycli of personeelsadministratie en zorgen voor praktische verbeteringen Wat neem jij mee als HR Adviseur? Je bent een zelfstandig, praktisch ingestelde adviseur die snel de juiste vragen stelt en moeiteloos vertrouwen opbouwt.
