Samen verzetten we bergen HR adviseur - Maarheeze - 32-40 - 22-06-2026 Wat ga je doen? HR is nooit af. En dat is precies wat deze functie zo interessant maakt. Als HR Business Partner ben jij hét HR-aanspreekpunt voor Takeuchi, een business unit van Verhoeven International met zo'n 100 collega's. Van monteurs en servicemonteurs tot magazijnmedewerkers, aftersales, kantoorfuncties en leidinggevenden. Je begeleidt uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en krijgt de ruimte om HR verder te professionaliseren, midden vanuit de organisatie. De basis staat stevig. HR-processen, recruitment en employer branding zijn goed ingericht. Daardoor kun jij vooruitkijken en nieuwe HR-initiatieven realiseren. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag begeleid je een complexe verzuimcasus of adviseer je een leidinggevende over een personele uitdaging. De volgende dag werk je aan recruitment, employer branding of een HR-project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige HR-cyclus binnen Takeuchi en richt je op drie pijlers. Je adviseert Je bent sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en management op het gebied van arbeidsrecht, functioneren, ontwikkeling, duurzame inzetbaarheid en verzuim. Daarnaast vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar praktisch HR-beleid. Je ontwikkelt Je initieert projecten op het gebied van leiderschap, employee journey, vitaliteit, recruitment, employer branding en het functie- en loongebouw. Je ziet kansen en zorgt dat ideeën worden omgezet in concrete resultaten. Je verbindt Je onderhoudt contacten met scholen, begeleidt BBL-trajecten en vertegenwoordigt Takeuchi op vakbeurzen en evenementen. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en schakel je moeiteloos tussen de werkvloer en het management. Samen bouwen aan HR Samen met José, HR Manager van Verhoeven International, vertaal je de HR-strategie naar de praktijk binnen Takeuchi.
