Dat doen ruim 17.000 medewerkers samen met cliënten en verwanten, verspreid over bijna heel Nederland. Je werkgebied omvat De Noorderbrug, Noord-Oost Nederland, Ermelo en Groot Emaus. Van specialistische behandelcentra tot woonzorgparken en ambulante dienstverlening: geen omgeving is hetzelfde. Je ondersteunt managers en teams binnen verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende doelgroepen, zorgvormen en HR-uitdagingen. In deze functie werk je niet voor één vaste locatie of team. Binnen jouw werkgebied word je ingezet waar jouw kennis en ervaring op dat moment het meeste verschil maakt . Dat kan zijn vanwege tijdelijke vervanging, extra ondersteuning binnen een HR-team of een specifiek HR-vraagstuk dat vraagt om extra capaciteit. Je sluit aan bij bestaande teams, brengt expertise mee en helpt collega's en leidinggevenden verder.
