In deze rol focus jij je op verzuim en de begeleiding daarvan. Je neemt de regie in handen, vervult een leidinggevende rol en brengt advies uit waar nodig. Als HR-adviseur krijg je een breed pakket aan werkzaamheden waar verzuim en verzuimbegeleiding een belangrijk aandachtsgebied zijn. Je adviseert leidinggevenden en houd je daarnaast bezig met onder andere; - Het begeleiden van verzuimgesprekken; - Adviseren bij verzuimvraagstukken; - Het voeren van fuctioneringsgesprekken; - Actief bezig zijn met personeelsvraagstukken; - Analyseren en adviseren over het personeelsbeleid; - Organisatieontwikkeling; - Formatie en personeelsinzet - Een afgeronde HBO opleiding binnen HRM - Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de zorgsector of de ouderenbranche op HR-gebied. - Kennis van de cao VVT (Collectieve Arbeidsovereenkomst voor Verpleeg-, Verzorgingshuizen, Thuiszorg en Jeugdgezondheidszorg) - Aantoonbare ervaring met de onderwerpen verzuim en verzuimbegeleiding - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Bereid om te werken op de locatie in Nijmegen - Beschikbaar om te starten op 2 november De opdracht loopt van 16 november t/m eind april 2027 op basis van 32 uur per week.
