Onze bemanning werkt wereldwijd aan bijzondere projecten. Als HR Adviseur Crew zorg jij dat zeevarenden en hun managers kunnen rekenen op persoonlijk en praktisch HR-advies. Afwachten tot een vraag binnenkomt past niet bij deze rol. Door actief contact te zoeken met managers, crewcoördinatoren en bemanningsleden, bouw je duurzame relaties op en weet je wat er binnen de projecten speelt. Zo herken je signalen vroeg en geef je advies dat aansluit op de realiteit aan boord. Als HR Adviseur Crew ben je de vertrouwde HR-partner voor managers binnen onze afdeling Ship Management. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid, procedures en wet- en regelgeving op een consistente en effectieve manier worden toegepast. Je ondersteunt managers gedurende de gehele employee journey: van onboarding en performance management tot offboarding. Of het nu gaat om verzuim, arbeidsverhoudingen, functioneren, ontwikkeling of betrokkenheid, jij helpt managers bij het nemen van goed onderbouwde personele beslissingen, waarbij je oog houdt voor zowel de organisatiedoelstellingen als het welzijn van medewerkers. Samen met HR Business Partners, HR Operations en de Centres of Expertise werk je continu aan het verbeteren van HR-processen, -instrumenten en -initiatieven. Daarnaast ondersteun je organisatieveranderingen en draag je bij aan de uitvoering van de HR-strategie en het jaarlijkse people plan binnen jouw aandachtsgebied. Je maakt deel uit van het HR-team dat onze afdeling Ship Management (Crew) ondersteunt. Samen met HR-collega's en specialisten binnen HR Operations en de Centres of Expertise bied je hoogwaardige HR-ondersteuning aan een internationale workforce die...
