Over de functie Samen met de Receptionist, HR Assistent, HR Medewerker en HR Manager werk je samen aan een toegankelijke HR-afdeling. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich gezien en gehoord voelen: bij Multifill staat niet alleen het bedrijf centraal, maar elke Multifiller. In persoonlijke situaties en belangen denken we mee, zijn flexibel waar mogelijk en hanteren gelijke kansen voor iedereen. Als HR Adviseur bouw jij verder mee aan deze cultuur, waarbij jij dé sparingspartner bent voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden met HR-vraagstukken. Een onmisbare schakel in ons team dat werkt met én voor mensen, van onboarding tot pensioen. Wat ga je doen? - Medewerkers/leidinggevenden adviseren over HR-vraagstukken: - o HR-vraagstukken van A tot Z, bijv. over onboarding, re-integratie, ontwikkeling en het personeelsbeleid. Je coördineert deze zaken en weet hoe deze praktisch uitgevoerd moeten worden. - Nieuwe personeelsbeleidsstukken initiëren en bijhouden van wetswijzigingen omtrent HR/personeel; - Coördinerend casemanager ziekteverzuim; - Organiseren van onderzoeken zoals PAGO/PMO en MTO; - Ondersteunen bij administratieve HR-taken indien nodig. Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol; - Kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel), Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en HR-processen; - Je bent de Nederlandse taal goed vaardig zowel in woord en geschrift; - Ervaring in een industriële werkomgeving is een pré; - De 'wil' om te werken op onze geavanceerde fabriekslocatie, waarbij je direct in contact bent met de werkvloer.
