Samen met de HR Business Partner (HRBP) vorm je de drijvende kracht achter de HR-ondersteuning binnen verschillende domeinen van onze organisatie. Jij zorgt dat processen vlekkeloos verlopen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden. Jouw uitdagingen op een rij: - Je adviseert over arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken, complexe cao-vraagstukken en de toepassing van HR-regelingen. - Zaken zijn niet altijd zwart-wit. Jij slaat de brug tussen beleid en praktijk en helpt leidinggevenden om hierin de juiste keuzes te maken. - Loopt iemand ergens tegenaan of herken je terugkerende knelpunten? Je pakt dit zelfstandig op en stemt het af met de HRBP. - Je stelt HR-regelingen, werkinstructies en procesbeschrijvingen op en houdt deze up-to-date. Zo weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is. - Je brengt waardevolle praktijkinput mee naar het HR-team. Wat leeft er? Waar is behoefte aan? En waar ligt ontwikkelpotentieel? Terwijl de HRBP zich richt op de strategische en beleidsmatige lijnen ben jij de onmisbare schakel in de dagelijkse HR-praktijk! De afdeling Bij het Dijklander Ziekenhuis draagt HR volop bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze organisatie, gebaseerd op het principe van integraal en duaal management. Wij pakken grote, strategische thema's op zoals personeelsplanning, onboarding, organisatieontwikkeling en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarnaast regelen we alle centrale HR-zaken, waaronder de salarisadministratie, HR-systemen, cao-implementatie, mobiliteit, recruitment en opleidingen.
