Als HR-adviseur bij Noorderbreedte en Thuiszorg Het Friese Land ben jij de sparringpartner van het management op het gebied van mensen en organisatie. Je signaleert kansen, ziet verbanden en vertaalt zowel interne als externe ontwikkelingen naar HR-beleid dat werkt in de praktijk. Je denkt mee over de toekomst van de organisatie én bent hands-on bij de uitvoering van belangrijke vraagstukken en projecten. Je adviseert over complexe onderwerpen zoals arbeidsvoorwaarden, wet- en regelgeving en begeleidt managers bij verandertrajecten. Van reorganisaties tot cultuurverandering en juridische uitdagingen: jij geeft richting en biedt oplossingen die uitvoerbaar en helder zijn. Daarnaast begeleid je managers bij de dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken, zoals personeelsplanning, functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je houdt scherp in de gaten wat er speelt binnen de organisatie en zorgt dat HR-beleid leeft en werkt voor de mensen in de organisatie. Samen met een enthousiast team van collega's pak je uitdagende HR-vraagstukken aan. Je krijgt daarbij de vrijheid om zelf te bepalen hoe je je werk organiseert en welke prioriteiten je stelt.
