Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een maatschappelijke organisatie binnen de publieke sector die zich inzet voor de gezondheid en het welzijn van inwoners in de regio. De organisatie werkt nauw samen met verschillende gemeenten en richt zich op het bevorderen, beschermen en bewaken van gezondheid. Binnen het HR-team staat samenwerking, eigenaarschap en resultaatgericht werken centraal. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en investeert in een toekomstbestendige HR-dienstverlening. Functie Als HR-Adviseur ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en management. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-thema's, zoals verzuim, functioneren, arbeidsvoorwaarden en medewerkersontwikkeling. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over operationele en tactische HR-vraagstukken; - Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en implementeren van HR-beleid en HR-processen; - Stimuleren van een open aanspreekcultuur en eigenaarschap binnen de organisatie; - Zorgdragen voor een goede uitvoering van HR-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom; - Ondersteunen bij personeelsmutaties en arbeidsvoorwaardelijke vraagstukken; - Toepassen van relevante wet- en regelgeving en cao-afspraken; - Ondersteunen bij personele inzet tijdens crisis- en noodsituaties; - Bijdragen aan organisatieontwikkeling en continue verbetering van de HR-dienstverlening.
