Als HR Adviseur bij SERIS in Dordrecht zorg jij, samen met de Manager HR en onze Corporate Recruiter, dat al dat werk klopt, snel wordt opgepakt en dat leidinggevenden weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Voor ruim 400 collega's, van beveiligers tot gastheren en gastvrouwen.HR Adviseur · Dordrecht · 32 uur per week · € 2.800 tot € 3.440 bruto per maandWat doe je als HR Adviseur bij SERIS in Dordrecht?VerwerkVerwerk personeelsmutaties nauwkeurig in Exact Synergy, van indiensttreding en contractwijziging tot uitdiensttreding.Beheer de HR mailbox proactief: je beantwoordt vragen snel, zet door wat moet en zorgt dat niets blijft liggen.Adviseer leidinggevenden van SERIS Security en SERIS Facility over verzuim, re-integratie en arbeidsrechtelijke vragen.Stel arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere personeelsdocumenten op die juridisch kloppen.Werk mee aan twee concrete projecten: het vernieuwen van de gesprekscyclus, zodat ontwikkeling van medewerkers structureel aandacht krijgt, en het aanscherpen van ons verzuimbeleid en de aanpak van verzuim in de operatie.Signaleer patronen in verzuim en verloop en denk met de Manager HR mee over verbeteringen.Dit bieden wij jou als HR Adviseur in DordrechtEen salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.440 bruto per maand op basis van 32 uur per week (€ 3.500 tot € 4.300 op fulltime basis).30 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis, 8% vakantiegeld en 2,01% eindejaarsuitkering.Pensioenopbouw via a.s.r. en een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer.Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.Vaste werkdagen doordeweeks op ons kantoor in Dordrecht...
