HR Adviseur Voor een betrokken familiebedrijf binnen transport en logistiek zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren HR Adviseur die energie krijgt van bouwen, verbeteren en adviseren. De organisatie telt circa 300 medewerkers, verdeeld over meerdere locaties, en is volop bezig met de verdere professionalisering van HR. Er is ruimte voor een HR-professional die zelfstandig adviseert en tegelijkertijd graag dicht bij de organisatie staat. Iemand die initiatief neemt, stevig in zijn schoenen staat en een belangrijke bijdrage wil leveren aan thema's als Learning & Development en recruitment. 5500 - 6000 Bruto per maand Europoort Locatie 32 - 40 Uur per week Duidelijkheid Duidelijkheid en zekerheid over jouw (loop)baan. Over de functie Als HR Adviseur vervul je een brede en zelfstandige rol binnen een familiebedrijf in transport en logistiek. Je adviseert leidinggevenden en medewerkers over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van HR. Learning & Development en recruitment zijn daarbij belangrijke speerpunten. Daarnaast: - Adviseer je over functioneren, inzetbaarheid, verzuim en arbeidsvoorwaarden - Begeleid je verzuim-, beoordelings- en ontwikkeltrajecten - Bouw je verder aan Learning & Development en recruitment - Signaleer je verbeterkansen en werk je mee aan verschillende HR-projecten - Werk je met AFAS en zorg je voor een juiste toepassing van cao-afspraken - Ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de verschillende bedrijfslocaties en zoek je actief en met energie het gesprek op met collega's op de werkvloer Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en krijgt veel ruimte om deze nieuwe HR-rol verder vorm te geven.
