Jouw rol Als HR Adviseur ben je de drijvende kracht achter alles wat met mensen, ontwikkeling en organisatie te maken heeft. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de Algemeen Directeur en krijgt de ruimte om HR binnen Ebbers Kozijnen verder vorm te geven. Je bent zichtbaar in de organisatie, weet wat er speelt op de werkvloer en bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leidinggevenden. Tegelijkertijd kijk je vooruit en vertaal je organisatiedoelen naar een toekomstbestendige personeelsstrategie. Je denkt mee, neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat plannen niet op papier blijven staan, maar daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Werkgeluk, ontwikkeling en betrokkenheid - Initiatieven ontwikkelen die bijdragen aan werkgeluk, vitaliteit en medewerkerstevredenheid. - Een veilige, positieve en prettige werkomgeving stimuleren. - Teamontwikkeling en verbinding binnen de organisatie versterken. - Talent herkennen, ontwikkelen en behouden. - Leidinggevenden ondersteunen in hun groei en ontwikkeling.
