Je ondersteunt hen bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken: van verzuim en functioneren tot medewerkerontwikkeling. Je helpt bij het actualiseren, implementeren en borgen van HR-beleid en -procedures en draagt bij aan het bouwen van een open aanspreekcultuur waarin eigenaarschap, samenwerking en resultaat centraal staan. Je draagt zorg voor een solide HR-basis en werkt samen met onze HR-ondersteuning aan een correcte uitvoering van HR-processen, zoals in-, door- en uitstroom, personeelsmutaties naleven van afspraken binnen de CAO SGO. Adviseren en doen gaan bij jou hand in hand. In het kort: - Je ondersteunt bij voorbereiding op crisis- of noodsituaties, zoals de inzet van personeel tijdens gezondheidscrisissen; - Als HR adviseur werk je aan een sterke organisatie door leidinggevenden te adviseren. HR-beleid en processen verder te ontwikkelen en een open aanspreekcultuur te stimuleren. Je zorgt samen met de HR-ondersteuning voor een professionele uitvoering van de HR-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom, personeelsmutaties en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarbij draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige HR-dienstverlening, waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en resultaatgericht werken centraal staan. Functie eisen HR-adviseur GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland Eisen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde HR opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau; - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar in de rol van HR-Adviseur. Licht dit duidelijk toe aan de hand van minimaal één concreet voorbeeld en/of referentieproject; - Aantoonbaar beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week gedurende de gehele opdracht, inclusief eventuele verlengingen; Wensen: - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van HR-adviseur in een complexe en/of publ...
