HR adviseur Leren en Ontwikkelen Organisatie: BovenIJ Hier kom jij te werken De strategische doelstellingen voor een toekomstbestendig en duurzaam BovenIJ zijn leidend voor onze HR-agenda. Belangrijke thema's zijn leiderschap, taakvolwassen teams, gezond roosteren en strategische personeelsplanning. Ook gaan we door met het verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze dienstverlening en (digitale) werkprocessen. Binnen ons HR-team is er ruimte voor het inzetten van een ieders talent én leren we elke dag van elkaar. Samen een klus klaren, meeleven met elkaar, gezamenlijke lunch en een flinke dosis humor tref je aan in dit team. Je werkt samen met vier gedreven HR-adviseurs en houdt daarbij goed contact met managers, praktijkopleiders en de andere vijf HR-collega's. Zo komt je functie eruit te zien Elke HR-adviseur heeft een eigen aandachtsgebied. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van beleid binnen het aandachtsgebied Leren & Ontwikkelen. Je houdt je bezig met toekomstbestendig opleiden binnen de zorg. Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden zoals skillsgericht opleiden en de implementatie van simulatieonderwijs, en adviseert hierover. Daarnaast werk je samen met praktijkopleiders aan de verdere professionalisering van het opleiden op de afdelingen en draag je bij aan de doorontwikkeling van ons leerplatform. Ook neem je deel aan regionale overleggen en samenwerkingsinitiatieven. Je voert regie op het jaarlijkse proces rondom opleidingsplannen en vertaalt deze inhoudelijk naar subsidieaanvragen. Belangrijke gesprekspartners hierbij zijn praktijkopleiders, managers, controllers en jouw collega's binnen HR. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de basis op orde is. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de zorg, de cao, de arbeidsmarkt, wet- en regelgeving en trends op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen op de voet.
