Als HR Adviseur MKB ondersteun je ondernemers bij uiteenlopende personeelsvraagstukken. Je adviseert over arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling van medewerkers en de verdere professionalisering van werkgeverschap. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor onze klanten. Je luistert goed, vraagt door en denkt mee over wat er nodig is. Soms is dat een praktisch advies, soms een goed gesprek of juist een oplossing voor een wat ingewikkelder HR-vraagstuk. Dankzij jouw ervaring en natuurlijke senioriteit weet je daarin gemakkelijk de juiste toon en aanpak te vinden. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Jouw uitdaging Als HR Adviseur MKB ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw klanten en geef je op professionele wijze hoogwaardig advies. Je werkt voor een diverse groep MKB-klanten uit verschillende branches. Hierbij is geen dag hetzelfde: de ene dag begeleid je een ondernemer bij een verzuimvraagstuk, de andere dag adviseer je over een functiewaardering, arbeidsvoorwaarden of organisatieontwikkeling. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een eigen klantenportefeuille en werkt nauw samen met salarisadviseurs, fiscalisten en accountants om ondernemers te ondersteunen. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Adviseren over verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en strategische personeelsplanning. - Opstellen van reglementen...
