Energie VanOns is een collectief van ruim 200 lokale energiecoöperaties. Samen vinden we het belangrijk dat we in Nederland overstappen op lokaal opgewekte, duurzame energie. En zo vormen we de enige landelijke non-profit energieleverancier: onze winst gaat direct naar de ontwikkeling van nieuwe energieprojecten bij onze coöperaties én naar tariefverlaging voor onze klanten. Steeds meer mensen kiezen dan ook voor lokale energie, omdat het net zo eenvoudig werkt, maar écht iets bijdraagt. De duurzame inzet zonder winstoogmerk zie je ook op de werkvloer. Iedereen is aanspreekbaar, (mééstal) opgewekt en wordt energiek van het gezamenlijke doel: een groener en toekomstbestendiger Nederland. Om dat doel nog beter te kunnen bereiken zijn we onlangs gefuseerd. Energie VanOns en om | nieuwe energie gaan binnenkort sámen verder onder een nieuwe naam (Energie van Ons). De nieuwe organisatie heeft twee locaties. In Amsterdam en Groningen. Jij zal werkzaam zijn vanuit ons kantoor in Groningen, maar bent ook bereid zo nu en dan in Amsterdam te zijn. Hoe jij gaat bijdragen aan ons gezamenlijke doel? Jouw dag bij Energie VanOns Bij de HR-afdeling ben jij een van de verbinders tussen de organisatie en haar medewerkers, en help je een optimale werkomgeving te creëren. Onder leiding van de HR-manager speel je een belangrijke rol bij de ondersteuning van de personeelsadministratie, werving en selectie, verzuimtrajecten, de evaluatiecyclus en beantwoord je vragen van collega's op het gebied van personeelszaken. Door structuur en overzicht zorg jij ervoor dat alle HR-processen optimaal verlopen. Kernwoorden die jou onder andere omschrijven zijn: secuur, sociaal, omgevingsbewust en proactief.
