Als HR Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen. Je ondersteunt de HR Business Partner in de dagelijkse HR-werking en draagt bij aan een professionele, efficiënte en mensgerichte HR-dienstverlening.

Jouw takenpakket

In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je personeelsadministratie, payrollondersteuning en HR-projectwerk.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte preboarding en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je maakt arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je beheert personeelsgegevens en houdt de HR-systemen correct en up-to-date.
  • Je ondersteunt de payrollverwerking voor arbeiders en bedienden.

Daarnaast werk je mee aan diverse HR-projecten en optimalisaties.

  • Je volgt tijdsregistratie, afwezigheden en verlofadministratie nauwgezet op.
  • Je stelt HR-rapporteringen, analyses en managementoverzichten op.
  • Je ondersteunt de HR Business Partner bij uiteenlopende HR-projecten.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over de optimalisatie van HR-processen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve HR-werking.

Je voelt je thuis in een operationele HR-functie waarin je dagelijks contact hebt met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen HR.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent hands-on, toegankelijk en servicegericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag initiatief.
