In deze rol ben je als HR-adviseur verantwoordelijk voor een eigen account. Je adviseert en ondersteunt een brede populatie collega's, variërend van chauffeurs, beladers tot leidinggevenden. Met jouw kennis, kunde en energie pak je alle voorkomende HR-vraagstukken op, waarbij je vooral een adviserende en coachende rol vervult. Zo begeleid je leidinggevenden bij onder meer verzuim- en ontslagtrajecten en ondersteun je hen bij het voeren van diverse gesprekken. Ook coach en adviseer je medewerkers op HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen. Je adviseert bijvoorbeeld over opleidingen, cursussen en ontwikkeling, met als doel medewerkers optimaal in hun kracht te zetten. Je houdt je bezig met operationele HR-onderwerpen en schakelt waar nodig specialistische collega's uit het team in.
