Al een stevige ervaring als HR-adviseur achter de rug? Als HR Advisory Senior Advisor bij VGD ga je samen met je collega’s aan de slag om verschillende klanten te ondersteunen bij het professionaliseren van hun HR-beleid. Om dat te bekrachtigen, ondersteun je hen bij zowel Soft als Hard HR. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om verder te bouwen op je brede basis in HR en je te specialiseren binnen een domein.

Jobomschrijving

Als HR Advisory Senior Advisor bij VGD ga je meteen aan de slag om verschillende ondernemingen te ondersteunen bij hun HR-uitdagingen. Dat doe je nooit alleen: samen met je collega’s duik je in klantenvragen en zorgt voor een future proof antwoord. Je verzorgt niet alleen de praktische aspecten van HR, maar bent ook een drijvende kracht achter het professionaliseren van het HR-beleid van de klant. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat zij zich kunnen focussen op hun kernactiviteiten.

Concreet ziet je werkdag er zo uit:

  • Je krijgt de kans om een HR-adviesrol op te nemen en mee te werken aan de vormgeving van een HR-strategie voor je klant.
  • Daarvoor neem je verschillende HR-processen en –procedures onder de loep en werk je modellen en templates uit die je klant meeneemt doorheen hun ondernemingstraject.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze loonverwerking en een goed georganiseerde personeelsadministratie, waardoor klanten zich kunnen focussen op hun kernactiviteiten.
  • Je stelt de behoeften van klanten vast met een organisatiescan en adviseert over wat er geoptimaliseerd kan worden. Denk daarbij aan een controle van het gehele payroll proces, de HR-strategie, on- en offboarding, enz.
  • Je fungeert als een ware business partner voor de zaakvoerder en zijn personeel, en beantwoordt vlot vragen over loonbrieven, loopbaanonderbrekingen en meer.
  • Je ondersteunt ervaren en minder ervaren collega’s bij het vormgeven van de HR-strategie, de professionalisering van HR-processen en –procedures en het uitwerken van modellen en templates.

Ben jij:

  • Geïnteresseerd in het HR-plaatje achter Belgische ondernemingen?
  • In het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, juridische of HR-gerelateerde richting?
  • Goed op de hoogte van de sociale wetgeving en enthousiast om de nieuwste ontwikkelingen daarin op te volgen?
  • In staat om vlot te schakelen zonder op kwaliteit of efficiëntie in te boeten?
  • Sterk in communiceren naar collega’s en klanten?
