Domus Valuas verdiept zich in het leven van de bewoners en wat dit voor hen betekenisvol maakt. Jouw rol De centrumlocatie biedt ondersteuning aan de woonzorglocaties in het land. Het HR team bestaat uit recruitment, opleidingen, HR administratie, HR advies en een manager. Ook werk je nauw samen met de salarisadministrateurs. In jouw functie werk je vooral op de centrumlocatie in Hilversum, samen met jouw collega's. In overleg kan worden gekeken naar de thuiswerkmogelijkheden. Een vaste thuiswerkdag is niet de norm. Als HR & AFAS Specialist combineer je HR-administratie met AFAS-beheer en procesverbetering. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers, werkt zelfstandig, zorgt voor uniforme werkwijzen en neemt collega's mee in verbeteringen. Je: - Beheert en richt AFAS verder in. - Signaleer ten realiseert verbeteringen in AFAS en HR-processen. - Uniformeert werkwijzen en coördineer werkzaamheden. - Verwerkt en controleert mutaties bij in-, door- en uitstroom. - Bewaakt personeelsdossiers, HR-correspondentie en de HR-mailbox. - Beantwoordt HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. - Bewaakt de verzuimregistratie volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter. - Pakt verbeterprojecten vanuit de HR-manager op. - Vereenvoudigt en verbetert HR-processen.
