Als HR & AFAS Specialist combineer je HR-administratie met AFAS-beheer en procesverbetering. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers, werkt zelfstandig, zorgt voor uniforme werkwijzen en neemt collega’s mee in verbeteringen. - Beheer en richt AFAS verder in. - Signaleer en realiseer verbeteringen in AFAS en HR-processen. - Uniformeer werkwijzen en coördineer werkzaamheden. - Verwerk en controleer mutaties bij in-, door- en uitstroom. - Bewaak personeelsdossiers, HR-correspondentie en de HR-mailbox. - Beantwoord HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. - Bewaak de verzuimregistratie volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter. - Pak verbeterprojecten vanuit de HR-manager op. - Vereenvoudig en verbeter HR-processen.

Binnen Domus Valuas zijn we ambitieus en volop in beweging. Daarom zoeken we iemand die snel kan schakelen, overzicht houdt, zelfstandig werkt en actief verbeteringen signaleert en doorvoert. Je bent inhoudelijk sterk in HR-administratie en hebt bovengemiddeld veel kennis van AFAS. Daarnaast vragen wij: - Mbo+ of hbo in HRM of vergelijkbaar, met minimaal 5 jaar HR-ervaring. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met AFAS, bij voorkeur als key-user of specialist. - Ervaring met HR-processen en AFAS-inrichting; ervaring bij meerdere organisaties is een pré. - Zelfstandig, proactief en in staat collega’s mee te nemen in verbeteringen. - Ervaring met HR-administratie, in-, door- en uitstroom en verzuim. Vier dagen beschikbaar, inclusief vrijdag. VVT-ervaring is niet nodig.

Start als ZZP, Vrijdag wel een werkdag, 4 dagen totaal, veel ervaring en bedrijven gezien, VVT kennis niet noodzakelijk AFAS kennis heel belangrijk, AFAS key-user of specialist, optimalisatie en beheer< MBO + of HBO, 5 jaar werkervaring
