(30-38,5h) - ab sofort - Gleitzeit/Homeoffice

Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Personalentwicklung: Du bist für den gesamten PE-Prozess zuständig & hebst diesen aufs nächste Level.

* Payroll: Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleginnen bereitest Du die monatliche Lohn- & Gehaltsabrechnung für die externe Personalverrechnung vor.

* HR-Administration: Du bearbeitest HR-Themen entlang des Employee Lifecycles (z.B. Eintritte, Austritte, Datenpflege, Vertragserstellung, Benefits, Arbeitszeitmanagement, Reportings).

* HR-Prozesse: Du begleitest Projekte, um unsere HR-Prozesse weiter auszubauen, bist Key-User unserer HR-Software & wirkst aktiv bei der Etablierung der Software mit.

Damit begeisterst Du uns:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im HR-Bereich bzw. der Personalentwicklung.

* Grundkenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung von Vorteil aber kein must-have.

* Deine eigenständige, strukturierte & genaue Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus.

* Du überzeugst als hilfsbereite/r & zuverlässige/r Teamplayer/in und hast ein Gespür für Diskretion.

* Projektmanagement liegt Dir im Blut & Du hast ein Verständnis für digitale HR-Prozesse.

Das erwartet Dich bei ERA:

* Sicherer Arbeitsplatz: Sichere und langfristige Anstellung in einem krisensicheren Unternehmen.

* Homeoffice: 1x wöchentlich Homeoffice inkl. Bereitstellung von modernem Equipment.

* Gleitzeit: Wähle aus 3 verschiedenen Gleitzeitmodellen - Auszahlung, Zeitkonto oder Mischform.

* Arbeitszeit: Frei einteilbar zw. 6:00 - 18:00 Uhr, Kernzeit: 8:30 - 15:00 Uhr, freitags 8:30 - 12:00 Uhr.

* Gleittage: Zusätzlich zu den 25 Urlaubstagen sind 15 Tage pro Jahr Zeitausgleich möglich.

* Familiäre Atmosphäre: Familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit Du-Kultur & offener Kommunikation.

* Buddy-System: Dein Buddy kümmert sich um eine bestmögliche Einführung in die ERA-Welt.

Das Einstiegsgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt EUR 44.800,- Brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis (kein All-in!).

Die Einstufung erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte - Metallgewerbe.

Abhängig von Deiner Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
