Jij zorgt ervoor dat de HR-systemen niet alleen goed werken maar vooral optimaal worden benut. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan slimmere processen, betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte HR-data en een betere dienstverlening binnen HR. Je bent dé verbindende schakel tussen HR en IT. Vanuit HR weet jij wat gebruikers nodig hebben en zie je waar processen slimmer, efficiënter of gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen. Met AFAS als belangrijkste HR-platform vertaal je deze behoeften naar concrete verbeteringen en oplossingen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de Finance & HR Applications Specialist binnen IT. Van het signaleren van verbeterpunten tot het testen en accepteren van nieuwe functionaliteiten: jij bent nauw betrokken bij veranderingen die impact hebben op de dagelijkse praktijk. Wat ga je doen? - Je duikt in HR-processen, signaleert knelpunten en ziet kansen om zaken slimmer en efficiënter te organiseren - Je vertaalt wensen en behoeften vanuit HR naar heldere functionele requirements en concrete wijzigingsverzoeken - Je bent de go-to persoon binnen HR voor vragen over systemen, functionaliteiten en het gebruik van HR-applicaties - Je helpt collega's om het maximale uit de systemen te halen door het geven van instructies, trainingen en praktische ondersteuning - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van HR-data en informatievoorziening en komt proactief met ideeën om deze verder te verbeteren - Je werkt mee aan het testen en implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten en wijzigingen en zorgt dat deze goed aansluiten bij de praktijk - Je kijkt voortdurend naar mogelijkheden voor digitalisering en automatisering en onderzoekt hoe technologie HR verder kan versterken - Je houdt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI en andere nieuwe technologieën nauwlettend in de gaten en vertaalt interessante mogelijkheden naar concrete..
