Zin in een tijdelijke HR-uitdaging? Voor een internationale en toonaangevende onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en administratief sterke HR Assistant. Je komt terecht in een professioneel HR-team en ondersteunt hen bij verschillende administratieve processen. Een ideale functie voor iemand die graag gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt en interesse heeft in HR-administratie.

Jouw taken

  • Verwerken van ziekteattesten in het HR-systeem
  • Opvolgen en registreren van ziekte in twee verschillende systemen
  • Aanvragen van openbaar vervoer voor nieuwe medewerkers
  • Opmaken van verschillende HR-documenten, zoals brieven rond loonverhogingen en uitdienstbevestigingen
  • Doorsturen van Outlook-uitnodigingen
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het HR-team
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en administratief sterk
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent vlot met Outlook en administratieve systemen
  • Je kan discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke personeelsinformatie
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen HR-administratie is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent snel beschikbaar
