Welke taken zal jij uitvoeren?

  • Je staat in voor een vlotte loonadministratie van A tot Z, van voorbereiding tot verwerking en opvolging.
  • Je beheert tijdsregistraties, verlof- en ziekteaanvragen en houdt personeelsgegevens up-to-date.
  • Je controleert loonberekeningen, verwerkt premies en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van wettelijke aangiftes.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en externe partners bij vragen rond verloning, sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie.
  • Je maakt rapporteringen en analyses op, ondersteunt HR-processen en draagt actief bij aan een positief aanwezigheidsbeleid.
