Voor een technisch bedrijf in Venlo zoeken we een HR Assistent voor 20 tot 28 uur per week. Je ondersteunt het HR-team bij verschillende werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. De functie is voor ongeveer 5 maanden, met kans op verlenging.

Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij:

- Plaatst en beheert vacatures op verschillende websites. - Verwerkt sollicitaties en houdt het overzicht. - Hebt contact met kandidaten en leidinggevenden. - Beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en sollicitanten. - Ontvangt kandidaten voor gesprekken. - Regelt vergaderruimtes voor sollicitatiegesprekken. - Organiseert de eerste werkdag van nieuwe collega's. - Ondersteunt bij contact met externe HR-partners. - Houdt HR-administratie en kandidatenlijsten bij. - Helpt het HR-team bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Je werkt 20 tot 28 uur per week. Bijvoorbeeld 4 dagen van 5 uur. Dat stemmen we samen af.

Wat bieden wij? - Een parttime baan voor 20 tot 28 uur per week. - Salaris tussen € 2.600 en € 3.000 bruto per maand op fulltime basis. - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen volgens de Metalektro CAO. - Een afwisselende HR-functie binnen een stabiel bedrijf. - Een informele en gezellige werksfeer. - Goede begeleiding van een ervaren HR-team. - Reiskostenvergoeding.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een innovatief technisch bedrijf in Venlo. Het bedrijf maakt hoogwaardige aluminium onderdelen voor diverse industrieën. Er is veel aandacht voor medewerkers, een fijne werksfeer en volop ruimte om te leren. Je komt terecht in een HR-team van vijf collega's die je graag wegwijs maken.
