HR Assistent - 8 uur - Rotterdam Wat je gaat doen Ontwikkel jouw HR skills in de praktijk! Wil jij naast je studie praktische ervaring opdoen binnen HR? In deze operationele bijbaan maak je kennis met de basis van HR-administratie en verschillende HR-processen. Je werkt acht uur per week en krijgt de ruimte om te leren, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als HR Assistent ondersteun je de HR Manager bij de dagelijkse HR-administratie. De functie is volledig operationeel: je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct worden verwerkt, documenten op orde zijn en terugkerende HR-processen soepel verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en actualiseren van digitale personeelsdossiers; - Verwerken van in-, door- en uitstroommutaties; - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere HR-documenten; - Registreren en controleren van verlof en verzuim; - Bijhouden van personeelsgegevens in de HR-systemen; - Verzamelen van gegevens en opstellen van eenvoudige HR-rapportages; - Bewaken van administratieve acties en deadlines; - Beantwoorden van praktische vragen van medewerkers; - Ondersteunen bij het onboardingproces van nieuwe collega's; - Uitvoeren van overige voorkomende administratieve HR-werkzaamheden. Je werkt zorgvuldig met vertrouwelijke persoonsgegevens en leert hoe HR-processen binnen een internationale organisatie in de praktijk zijn ingericht.
