Für unsere Standorte in Wien suchen wir in Kooperation mit dem AMS Favoritenstraße im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl ab sofort: 1 HR-Assistent_in mit Engagement und Teamgeist (m/w/d) 30-40 Stunden/Woche

Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest gerne im HR-Bereich und suchst ein dynamisches Team, indem du wirklich etwas bewegen kannst? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Zur Verstärkung unseres modernen und zukunftsorientierten Unternehmens suchen wir eine_n motivierte_n HR-Assistent_in, die mit Engagement und Fachwissen unser Team unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung in sämtlichen HR-relevanten Themen

* Organisation und Abwicklung administrativer HR-Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Durchführung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses

* Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter_innen in personalbezogenen Fragen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der HR-Leitung und Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten

* Anwendung und praktische Umsetzung von österreichischen Kollektivverträgen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Regelungen

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Recruiting und Administration

* Fundierte Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts und die Fähigkeit, es in der Praxis anzuwenden

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen

* Engagement und strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gutes und seriöses Auftreten, gepaart mit einer kommunikativen und empathischen Art
