Kun jij gemakkelijk schakelen tussen HR, management, directie en bestuur? Dan is deze functie bij Noaberkracht Dinkelland Tubbergen interessant voor jou. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een HR-team van zeven collega's, waarin ieder vanuit zijn eigen expertise bijdraagt aan de HR-vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? - Je start je dag met een overleg met je HR-collega's en bespreekt welke vraagstukken en ontwikkelingen er spelen. Vervolgens ga je zelfstandig aan de slag met uiteenlopende HR-beleidsvraagstukken. - Je ontwikkelt, schrijft en implementeert beleid op thema's als arbeidsrecht, rechtspositie en duurzame inzetbaarheid, passend bij de ontwikkeling en ambities van de organisatie. Daarnaast adviseer je managers, directie en bestuur bij complexe HR-vraagstukken. - Je bent hierin een verbindende schakel tussen verschillende partijen en weet belangen en perspectieven bij elkaar te brengen. - Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het HR-vak en de publieke sector en vertaalt deze naar wat dit betekent voor de organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Soms krijg je een inhoudelijke HR-vraag die je zelf oppakt en beantwoordt, terwijl je een andere vraag juist doorgeleidt naar de juiste HR-collega. - Je houdt hierbij overzicht en weet de juiste mensen op het juiste moment met elkaar te verbinden. - Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelf de regie te nemen over je agenda en werkzaamheden. - Je bepaalt mede waar de prioriteiten liggen, pakt eigenaarschap en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke onderwerpen...
