HR Beleidsadviseur Verzuim & Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (32 - 36 uur) Kantoor Utrecht HR Beleidsadviseur Verzuim & Duurzame Inzetbaarheid Functieomschrijving Over Fokus Fokus maakt het mogelijk dat mensen met een fysieke beperking zelfstandig kunnen wonen en leven. Onze cliënten houden de regie over hun eigen leven en ontvangen ondersteuning bij algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL). Dat doen we 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week, op bijna 100 locaties in Nederland. Benieuwd wat zelfstandig wonen met Fokus in de praktijk betekent? We willen niet alleen goed omgaan met verzuim wanneer het zich voordoet, maar juist ook investeren in het voorkomen van uitval en het duurzaam inzetbaar houden van onze medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Beleidsadviseur geef jij hier richting aan. Je analyseert verzuimcijfers en achterliggende ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete en gerichte maatregelen. Je ontwikkelt en verbetert beleid en zorgt ervoor dat dit ook daadwerkelijk zijn weg vindt naar de praktijk. Daarbij werk je projectmatig en houd je overzicht over verschillende initiatieven en ontwikkelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden, HR-adviseurs en andere betrokkenen. Vanuit jouw expertise adviseer je over verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid en help je leidinggevenden om beleid in de praktijk toe te passen. Je weet complexe vraagstukken helder te maken en krijgt mensen mee in veranderingen en verbeteringen. Je volgt de resultaten van ingezette maatregelen en stuurt bij waar dat nodig is. Daarbij kijk je verder dan individuele verzuimcasussen: je herkent patronen in cijfers en signalen uit de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar preventieve maatregelen.
