Neem gerust contact met ons op voor meer informatie en een toelichting op de mogelijkheden. Opdrachtomschrijving Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een HR beleidsmedewerker. Iemand die energie krijgt van het structureren, schrijven en verbeteren van HR-beleid en -processen. Werk jij graag nauw samen met collega's zoals Arbo en HR-advies en heb jij oog voor duidelijke en praktische HR-processen? Dan maken wij graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ontwikkel en actualiseer je HR-beleid, formats en processen. Jij zorgt dat alles duidelijk, actueel en goed toepasbaar is voor de organisatie. Je analyseert (nieuwe) cao's en regelgeving rondom arbeidsvoorwaarden en adviseert over de consequenties en aanpassingen van het beleid.
