Over FairWork FairWork zet zich in om een einde te maken aan moderne slavernij in Nederland. We proberen de positie van (mogelijke) slachtoffers te verbeteren. Ons motto is: van de straat naar de Staat. Wij proberen verschillende aanpakken waarbij we focussen op een structurele, lange termijn impact. Het werk van de organisatie bestaat uit signalering en ondersteuning van mogelijke slachtoffers, voorlichting en training van professionals in het werkveld en beleidsbeïnvloeding en bewustwording van publiek en politiek. FairWork is een professionele organisatie die met de voeten in de klei staat door het directe contact met de doelgroep. De organisatie bestaat uit een betrokken en cultureel divers team van momenteel 17 betaalde en ruim 70 vrijwillige medewerkers. Rollen en verantwoordelijkheden zijn binnen het team verdeeld en vastgelegd en vanuit het team wordt gerapporteerd aan het bestuur. Het werk van de stichting bestaat uit: - Beleidsbeïnvloeding en bewustwording van publiek, politiek en werkgevers. - Signalering en ondersteuning van mogelijke slachtoffers van arbeidsuitbuiting; - Voorlichting en training van professionals in het werkveld; Voor meer informatie over FairWork zie onze website www.fairwork.nu HR-Bestuurslid Als HR-bestuurslid heb je periodiek overleg met jouw HR- contactpersoon in de werkorganisatie. Je bent haar sparringpartner, adviseert, denk mee, zet samen de HR-koers ui t voor het team en inspireert om een nog fijne re werkgever te zijn .
