Over de rol

Als HR Business Analyst – HRIS & Analytics speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere digitalisering én optimalisering van onze HR-organisatie. Je versterkt zowel de employee experience als de efficiëntie van onze HR-diensten door het inzetten van moderne technologie, gestroomlijnde processen en datagedreven inzichten.

Je combineert drie domeinen:

  • HR-technologie (HRIS & HR tech),
  • procesmanagement & service optimalisatie,
  • HR analytics & reporting.

Je werkt nauw samen met HR, ICT, Data & Analytics en lijnmanagers, en je wordt een centrale speler in de transformatie naar een future-proof HR-organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenHRIS & HR Technology

  • Je volgt actief de HR-techmarkt op en adviseert HR over nieuwe mogelijkheden.
  • Je bouwt en beheert de HRIS-roadmap en bewaakt de prioriteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s bij business analyse, change management en systeemgebruik.
  • Je werkt in tandem met ICT voor het functionele en technische beheer van HRIS.
  • Je monitort gebruikerservaringen en waakt over gebruiksvriendelijke HR-tools.

Service- en procesoptimalisatie

  • Je brengt belangrijke HR-processen in kaart en houdt ze up-to-date.
  • Je ondersteunt HR-teams bij het verbeteren, standaardiseren en automatiseren van hun processen.
  • Je stemt HR-procesdesign af op de bredere procesmanagementaanpak.

HR Analytics

  • Je helpt een duidelijke visie en strategie vorm te geven voor HR analytics.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het Data & Analytics team als SPOC voor prioriteiten en lopende projecten.
  • Je adviseert HR en business stakeholders op basis van data, analyses en trends.
  • Je bouwt, onderhoudt en promoot HR dashboards en rapportering.
  • Je meet klanttevredenheid rond HR business information en stuurt bij waar nodig.
