Momenteel bestaat de vacature voor een breed georiënteerde HR Business Consultant HR ontwikkeling, advies en realisatie locatie: Waddinxveen Als HR Business Consultant bij Savantis heb je een breed en interessant takenpakket. Zo ontwikkel je HR diensten en producten op het brede gebied van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (DI) voor onze klanten in het MKB, adviseer je jouw klanten hierover en ga je strategische samenwerkingen aan. Dit vraagt onder meer om creativiteit, goede adviesvaardigheden en commercieel inzicht. Per onderdeel ziet de functie er als volgt uit: Ontwikkelen HR-diensten Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (creatief) Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van onze DI-tools voor het MKB en het uitbreiden van onze dienstverlening op dit gebied. Je hebt interesse in het ontwikkelen van HR-producten voor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid en aantoonbare ervaring hiermee.
