We zoeken een HR-partner die richting geeft en verbinding maakt. Iemand die niet alleen adviseert, maar ook daadwerkelijk beweging brengt. Jij houdt het MT een spiegel voor en speelt hierin een signalerende en reflecterende rol. Dit kan zomaar jouw nieuwe rol zijn Je bent het HR-aanspreekpunt voor de divisie IT & Change. IT & Change is een divisie in transitie: van zelf bouwen naar regievoering. De strategie staat, de richting is bepaald. De uitdaging ligt nu in het realiseren van de verandering. Jij ondersteunt leidinggevenden en teams bij deze transitie en zorgt dat de nieuwe koers daadwerkelijk landt in de organisatie. Dat vraagt om meer dan alleen verandering van structuur of processen. Je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe competenties, begeleidt leiderschap in verandering, zorgt voor de juiste instroom van talent en ondersteunt een effectieve communicatieaanpak. Zo draag je bij om de divisie uit te laten groeien tot een volwaardige en betrouwbare businesspartner die klaar is voor de toekomst. Je zorgt dat de nieuwe koers zichtbaar wordt in de manier van werken, begeleiden en organiseren. En dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met collega's binnen HR.
