Deze internationale AI transformation studio helpt grote organisaties hun groei te hertekenen rond AI, van waardecreatie en nieuwe businessmodellen tot de herinrichting van werk en operating models. Vanuit de Europese thuisbasis in de regio Antwerpen en hubs wereldwijd bedient het bedrijf een indrukwekkend klantenportfolio van wereldniveau. De organisatie telt een compacte kern van circa 45 medewerkers, aangevuld met een netwerk van externe experten. De structuur is plat, de lijnen zijn kort en beslissingen vallen snel.

Binnen die context zoeken we een HR Business Partner die de volledige employee lifecycle mee opneemt voor de Belgische kern van de groep en daarnaast bijdraagt aan groepsbrede people projecten.

Deze rol kan ingevuld worden als vast contract of als freelance opdracht van lange termijn, beide bespreekbaar.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigenaarschap over het rekruteringsproces voor de Belgische entiteit, van vacature intake tot aanbod, in nauwe samenwerking met de TA Specialist.
  • Coachen van hiring managers op selectiekwaliteit en het bewaken van employer branding en kandidaatervaring in een competitieve consultancymarkt.
  • Uitrollen en opvolgen van de performance en feedbackcyclus.
  • Mee vormgeven van loopbaanpaden en competentiekaders.
  • Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van een vlot onboarding en offboardingtraject, inclusief exitgesprekken die je vertaalt naar concrete acties.
  • Opvolgen van de payrollcyclus in samenwerking met de sociale secretariaatspartner
  • Sparren met de Head of People & Operations Global rond groepsbrede initiatieven en trends in verloop, betrokkenheid en absenteïsme signaleren en omzetten in actie.

Wie we zoeken

  • 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner, met een brede scope over de employee lifecycle heen.
  • Ervaring in een dienstverlenende of consultancyomgeving is een echte vereiste.
  • Een uitgesproken tech mindset: je werkt vlot met HR tools en omarmt AI in je eigen werk.
  • Een breed HR profiel: talent acquisition, performance management, on en offboarding zitten allemaal in je bagage.
  • Kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en ervaring met payrollopvolging.
  • Vlot in het Engels als werktaal binnen de groep, met Nederlands als sterk pluspunt voor de Belgische entiteit.
