Dit ga je doen Als HR Business Partner ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Jij voelt goed aan wat er speelt op de werkvloer en vertaalt vragen, signalen en ideeën naar praktische HR-oplossingen die passen bij de dagelijkse operatie. Of het nu gaat om instroom, ontwikkeling, verzuim, samenwerking of HR-processen: jij denkt mee, pakt door en zorgt dat zaken goed geregeld zijn. Met jouw betrokkenheid en frisse blik maak je iedere dag zichtbaar verschil voor medewerkers, managers en de verdere groei van Bunzl Foodservice. * Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken rondom in-, door- en uitstroom, functioneren, ontwikkeling en samenwerking. * Je ondersteunt en adviseert leidinggevenden bij thema's als verzuim, functioneren, gespreksvoering, teamontwikkeling en praktische arbeidsrechtelijke vragen. * Je signaleert wat er speelt in de organisatie en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties, heldere communicatie en verbeteringen die echt werken in de praktijk. * Je denkt mee over HR-projecten en organisatiebrede thema's, zoals onboarding, werkgeluk, leiderschap, employee journey en het verder professionaliseren van HR-processen. * Je helpt mee om onze HR-systemen (AFAS) en pr...
