Voor Hoogvliet zoeken we een HR Business Partner die buiten de gebaande paden denkt, kansen in nieuwe ontwikkelingen benut en deze vertaalt naar concrete resultaten - en zo bijdraagt aan de winkelorganisatie van Hoogvliet. Organisatie Hoogvliet is al meer dan 55 jaar een vertrouwde naam in Nederland. De organisatie heeft supermarkten in onder andere Noord- en Zuid-Holland, Utrecht, Noord-Brabant en Gelderland. Het hoofdkantoor, distributiecentrum en de eigen bakkerij zitten in Bleiswijk. Ongeveer vijf jaar geleden verhuisde Hoogvliet hiernaartoe vanuit Alphen aan den Rijn. Vanuit het moderne, volledig gemechaniseerde distributiecentrum - dat is uitgeroepen tot het meest duurzame ter wereld - worden alle winkels bevoorraad. Samenwerken staat centraal bij Hoogvliet, net als het continu verbeteren van de organisatie en de dienstverlening richting de klant. HR speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. De basis is goed: er is veel aandacht voor medewerkers, leiderschap en samenwerking. Tegelijkertijd is er ruimte om HR verder te versterken, bijvoorbeeld door processen slimmer in te richten en meer focus aan te brengen. Er wordt gewerkt vanuit een duidelijk HR-jaarplan en aan het verder ontwikkelen van leiderschap, met als doel de organisatie - en vooral de winkels - zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen.
