In deze rol krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering en weet managers te adviseren én uit te dagen bij veranderingen binnen hun teams. Je maakt deel uit van een professionele HR-afdeling die bestaat uit specialisten op het gebied van leren & ontwikkelen, arbeidsrecht, strategische personeelsplanning en inclusie. Samen met andere HR Business Partners werk je nauw samen met het management van diverse stafafdelingen om de organisatie toekomstbestendig te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Business Partner ben jij de strategische sparringpartner voor het management en de directie. Je adviseert over complexe HR-vraagstukken en begeleidt verandertrajecten. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat organisatiedoelstellingen worden vertaald naar concrete HR-oplossingen.
