- HBO - Eindhoven Werk als HR Business Partner voor meerdere VDK-bedrijven in regio Zuid. Adviseer directie en management en bouw mee aan een professionele HR-organisatie Wil jij als HR Business Partner écht invloed hebben op hoe verschillende bedrijven hun HR organiseren en verder ontwikkelen? Bij de VDK Groep werk je voor meerdere zelfstandige installatiebedrijven in regio Zuid. Je bent sparringpartner voor directie en management, helpt HR-professionals binnen de bedrijven verder en vertaalt onze HR-strategie naar wat er lokaal nodig is.Je uitvalsbasis is ons regiokantoor in Eindhoven, maar het grootste deel van jouw werk speelt zich af bij de bedrijven in de regio. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen agenda te bepalen en werkt zowel aan concrete HR-vraagstukken van vandaag als aan projecten die VDK als organisatie verder brengen. Wat ga je doen Als HR Business Partner werk je aan vijf strategische HR-pijlers: basis op orde, aantrekken, behoud, ontwikkeling en welzijn. Je kijkt daarbij niet vanaf de zijlijn mee, maar helpt bedrijven om concrete stappen te zetten. Soms als adviseur en sparringpartner, soms door zelf het initiatief te nemen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van directie, management en HR-aanspreekpunten binnen verschillende VDK-bedrijven. - Versterken en verder ontwikkelen van de lokale HR-organisatie binnen de bedrijven. - Analyseren van HR-data en deze vertalen naar concrete acties en verbeteringen. - Signaleren van HR-vraagstukken en initiëren van verbeterinitiatieven en pilots. - Begeleiden van de HR-onboarding van nieuwe bedrijven die zich aansluiten bij de VDK Groep. - Uitvoeren en opvolgen van de VDKansenmonitor op het gebied van talent- en opvolgingsplanning. - Leiden van één of meerdere HR-projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze HR-organisatie. - Delen van kennis en succesvolle werkwijzen tussen de verschillende bedrijven in jouw regio.
