En tant que HR Business Partner, vous tâches seront les suivantes :

  • Vous accompagnez les managers sur l'ensemble des enjeux RH de votre périmètre.
  • Vous gérez les recrutements de profils spécialisés et de managers.
  • Vous améliorez et déployez les processus RH tout au long du parcours collaborateur.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH et les différents départements de l'entreprise.
  • Vous contribuez à la performance de l'organisation en menant des projets RH et des initiatives transversales, avec des déplacements ponctuels possibles en Allemagne.

Votre profil HR Business Partner, correspond aux critères suivants :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en lien avec la fonction, ou avec une spécialisation similaire ;
  • Vous avez une excellente maitrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand (B2 min) ;
  • Vous avez plus années d'expériences dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances en droit du travail, sur Excel et une première expérience sur SIRH ;
  • Vous êtes une personne : fiable et structurée, avec le sens des responsabilités et orientée service. Ouverte et serviable.
