Organisatie Onze klant is een handelsorganisatie Functie Je komt terecht bij een technische organisatie met ruim 350 collega's, verdeeld over meerdere vestigingen. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door korte communicatielijnen, een informele werksfeer en een sterke focus op samenwerking. Er is volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, waarbij medewerkers worden gestimuleerd om het beste uit zichzelf én elkaar te halen. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij dé HR-sparringpartner voor meerdere vestigingen in Zuid-Holland. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende personeelsvraagstukken, denkt mee over organisatieontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer begeleid je een verzuimtraject, de andere keer werk je aan een HR-project of adviseer je over talentontwikkeling. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om verbeteringen aan te dragen en HR verder te professionaliseren. Daarbij ben je regelmatig op de verschillende locaties aanwezig, zodat je weet wat er speelt en zichtbaar bent voor de business. Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers. - Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en bijdragen aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Coördineren en bewaken van een correcte uitvoering van HR-processen. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vraagstukken binnen jouw vestigingen. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en optimaliseren van HR-proce...
