Ervaring Professional Technisch domein Support & Corporate Locatie Nederland Als HR Business Partner - binnen Info Support noemen we deze rol Human Development (HD) Adviseur - verbind je de ontwikkeling van mensen aan de ambities van onze bedrijven. Je bent gesprekspartner voor management en directie, doorgrondt wat er in de business speelt en vertaalt dat zelfstandig naar concrete adviezen, interventies en projecten. Daarbij kijk je verder dan het HR-vraagstuk van vandaag. Je signaleert kansen en risico's, brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar en neemt initiatief om onze organisatie, leiders en medewerkers verder te ontwikkelen. Met oog voor de mens én voor het organisatiebelang. Wat is vereist - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in HRM, bedrijfskunde, organisatiekunde, organisatiepsychologie of een vergelijkbare richting. - Relevante ervaring als HR Business Partner, HR Adviseur of in een vergelijkbare zelfstandige adviesrol (medior-level). - Je bent gesprekspartner voor management en directie en kunt schakelen tussen operationele, tactische en strategische vraagstukken. - Je hebt aantoonbaar gevoel voor business en organisatiecontext en weet HR-vraagstukken daaraan te verbinden. - Je bent ondernemend en neemt eigenaarschap: je wacht niet af tot een vraag volledig is uitgewerkt, maar onderzoekt, adviseert, organiseert en realiseert. - Je kunt zelfstandig complexe HR-vraagstukken en projecten positioneren en uitvoeren. - Je bent analytisch, organisatiesensitief en in staat verschillende perspectieven en belangen te doorgronden. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en stijlflexibiliteit: je kunt adviseren, confronteren, coachen, overtuigen en verbinden, afhankelijk van wat de situatie vraagt. - Je combineert oprechte aandacht voor mensen met een zakelijke blik op wat d...
