In deze brede HR-rol combineer je hands-on operationele HR-verantwoordelijkheid met strategische HR-vraagstukken . Je bent lokaal het aanspreekpunt voor management en medewerkers en vormt tegelijkertijd een belangrijke schakel tussen de Nederlandse organisatie en de internationale HR-organisatie. De functie Als HR Business Partner werk je zeer nauw samen met de Managing Director in Nederland en maak je deel uit van het lokale managementteam. Daarnaast rapporteer je binnen een internationale matrixorganisatie aan de VP People & Culture Central Europe. De Nederlandse organisatie bestaat uit circa 93 medewerkers , voornamelijk werkzaam binnen productie, aangevuld met onder andere sales, customer service, logistiek en finance. Je hebt geen direct reports en krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen de Nederlandse organisatie. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol is het verbinden van de lokale Nederlandse organisatie met de internationale People & Culture-organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat internationale HR-strategieën, processen en initiatieven niet alleen lokaal worden geïmplementeerd, maar ook daadwerkelijk aansluiten bij de Nederlandse organisatie en wet- en regelgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Fungeren als trusted HR Business Partner voor management en medewerkers; - Adviseren en ondersteunen gedurende de volledige employee lifecycle, van recruitment en onboarding tot ontwikkeling, performance management, compensation en offboarding; - Adviseren van managers over employee relations, organisatievraagstukken en arbeidsrechtelij...
