De focus binnen deze veelzijdige functie ligt volledig op onze kantoororganisatie in Alblasserdam. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van teams, medewerkers en de organisatie. Je ondersteunt daarbij managers bij vraagstukken rondom performance, teamontwikkeling, talent en groei binnen een dynamische en internationale context. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt continu tussen operationele vraagstukken, tactisch HR-advies en ad hoc situaties binnen Product & Support. Juist die dynamiek geeft jou energie. Dagelijks houd jij je bezig met: - Je bent de sparringpartner van managers op het gebied van HR-vraagstukken, teamontwikkeling en personeelsbeleid; - Je adviseert leidinggevenden over functioneren, ontwikkeling, doorstroom en duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers; - Je ondersteunt managers bij organisatieveranderingen, teamdynamiek en het verder professionaliseren van teams; - Je signaleert wat teams nodig hebben om optimaal te functioneren en vertaalt dit naar concrete HR-acties; - Je begeleidt uiteenlopende HR-casussen en zorgt voor een pragmatische en zorgvuldige aanpak; - Je draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en optimalisatie van HR-beleid en HR-processen; - Je schakelt veel met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie en bent zowel adviserend als operationeel sterk; - Je werkt nauw samen met het gehele HR team om de organisatie verder te ontwikkelen. 360 in de organisatie: Jij rapporteert...
